Level Up Studio
Privacy policy
How information sent to LEVEL UP through this website is used.
Who is responsible?
LEVEL UP, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered office at 15 rue Jacques Lelieur, 76000 Rouen, France, is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website. SIREN: 933 633 455. Contact: rouen.levelup@gmail.com.
Contact requests
We use your name, email address, optional company name and message to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Providing the required fields is necessary to process the request; without them we cannot reply. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps requested by you, or our legitimate interests in responding to other enquiries.
If you email us directly, we process the sender address and any information in your message for the same purpose. The mailbox is provided by Google; its privacy policy explains its own processing.
When you use the contact form, Cloudflare processes and transmits the submitted information through its Workers and Email Service to LEVEL UP. The message is delivered to the Gmail mailbox listed on this site; Google processes and stores it there under its privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Cloudflare may process the data in the United States and other locations where it operates; its safeguards for international transfers are described in its policy.
Technical data and hosting
When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, time and requested page for hosting, delivery and security. Cloudflare states that data may be processed in the United States and the EEA and that international transfers use the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses as applicable. See Cloudflare privacy policy.
Retention
Contact requests and emails are kept in the active mailbox for one month. After the request is closed, they may be archived with access restricted to authorised staff for up to three additional months (a maximum total of four months), then deleted. Longer retention applies only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, with access limited to authorised staff.
Cloudflare technical logs follow the retention period of the Cloudflare product used. Cloudflare currently retains Workers Logs for up to 7 days on Workers Paid and 3 days on Workers Free. These logs are not archived by LEVEL UP for the contact-mailbox period.
Cookies and your rights
The site contains no advertising or audience-measurement tool, and its language selector does not store a cookie. If you have questions about your data or wish to exercise your access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction rights, contact rouen.levelup@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
